Refund policy

Returns

Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order.

To request a return, please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be:

unused and in their original condition;

returned in the original packaging where possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost during return transit without proof of shipment.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued for the item price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers must provide:

clear photographs of the damaged item;

photographs of the damaged packaging;

the order number.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

a replacement item; or

a partial refund, if preferred by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse claims where sufficient evidence of damage is not provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers also have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Once you notify us that you wish to cancel your order, returned goods must be sent back within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning cancelled items unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
